John Barilaro pictured in meeting with Liverpool Mayor Ned Mannoun

EXCLUSIVE

Ex Deputy Premier John Barilaro has been pictured with the Mayor of Liverpool Ned Mannoun and Liverpool City Council CEO Peter Diplas.

Friendlyjordies believes that this picture was taken in early March this year, the month earlier John Barilaro began a new role as executive director of large Sydney property development company Coronation Property Co.

Speculation has already been raised around the possible interactions Barilaro had with Government as part of his job with Coronation. The recently released resignation letter of Building Commissioner David Chandler detailed contact Barilaro made with him after a draft order was issued on a Coronation site in Merrylands.

"As advised to you I received a call from the Minister’s Office shortly after a draft order was issued on Coronation’s Merrylands Development. Shortly after that call, a message was sent to me by John Barilaro who I was advised had recently joined the Coronation Board. This contact came to me as a message on my personal phone requesting a meeting with me. I subsequently met with Mr Barilaro to answer his questions."

Coronation has both built before in the Liverpool Council area and has projects in the pipeline, including Moore Point, a 12,000 apartment redevelopment of industrial land on the Georges River. Earlier this year 7-News reported that Liverpool Council had already given the Moore Point development “in principle” support.

Friendlyjordies has previously revealed an image that shows Ali Younes, a man that Police allege is an Alameddine crime family member with his arm around Coronation Property’s ex Secretary Andy Nahas.

An in-depth investigation into Coronation Property Co by friendlyjordies is set to be released imminently.
